Sales Executive - Male
Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the marble and natural stone industry, and a passion for building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiation: Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the marble or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of the marble and natural stone industry, including product knowledge and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
